When working with clients our primary goal is to define and develop a program of work that matches your organization's needs.
Gap Analysis
Typically it takes 2 or 3 days to conduct a full walk through of your organization, visiting each department and collecting data on the processes with regards to yields, key process indicators, problem areas, scrap and rework.
The results of the Gap Analysis are presented to your management team and an action plan is developed to address the issues.
Internal Audit (Controls and Governance)
These programs are designed to provide an objective view as to how key business processes are functioning. Audits can be conducted against a set of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14000, etc. can be utilized to identify opportunities for improvement.
Metrics and Measurements
What do you measure in your business? How often do you measure it? How do these measurements tie in with your goals and objectives?
Whether you already have metrics and measurements in place or you are just putting systems in place, we can review your current systems and provide an action plan that will result in a balanced set of metrics that can be used as a visual dashboard for how your business is running.
Problem Solving
This is a targeted activity that focuses on known areas of concern. The goal here is to fully understand the problem, conduct a root cause analysis and identify the corrective actions that will be needed to resolve the problems. This will usually lead into a Process Improvement program.
Process Documentation
This involves working closely with the process owners to review how the process operates and to document the inputs to the process, the required steps and the resulting outputs / deliverables.
Process Improvement
First steps are to determine what the targeted processes are doing - this follows the techniques employed for Six Sigma programs and is structured to identify current process performance, variations, and opportunities for improvements. This will also include a modified set of performance indicators and tracking to determine if the revised process is delivering the expected results.
Sarbanes Oxley - SOX 404
Whether you already have a defined set of controls and associated tests, or you are looking to develop new controls, we can help. We can design and develop the key controls for your business as well as the required test scripts. For companies with existing controls we can conduct a series of independent tests on the controls and provide a report on the results.

ISO 9001 / ISO 14000
Provides an overview of the International Standards and is customized to show what is required within your organization - this can be for full registration or as compliance to the standard.
